FTP (File Transfer Protocol) - used to transfer data from one computer to another over the Internet, or through a network.  There are various FTP programs you can download on the Internet for free to use for uploading your website files to our servers.

Hosting Control Panel - this is a graphical user interface used to make it easier to perform administrative tasks on your web hosting account.  Popular control panels included Webmin, CPanel and Plesk.

SSH - protocol and software used to connect to your web hosting account to upload HTML files or other types of files to your web hosting space.
